So I've never taken a knot (yet) but I do love playing with my dog in other ways. Licking is my favorite and has never been an issue but sometimes I'll use his cum after a handjob/blowjob as lube to masturbate with.

This got me thinking: I've heard it's super important to pee after sex because the bacteria can cause a UTI. So should I be peeing after using his cum as lube too? All i do is wipe down with a rag afterwards or shower

More important to pee after sex (penetration)
If you’ve been fine so far, it’s probably ok to keep doing what you’re doing.
 
The "lubricating" liquid is also bactericidal, it has two functions at the time of penetration in the female dog
