A sexual fetish isn't a disorder.. not by definition though. Something becomes a disorder if it reaches that level if it causes intense, lasting distress. If you start abusing animals for pure sexual satisfaction against their will it becomes a disorder.

Sexuallity only refers to humans.
Less than a century ago, homosexuality wasn't considered a sexuality but rather considered a mental disorder and was even criminalized.
