Their "customer" base has changed. They used to be strictly the domain of furries and zoos, hence they used to have characters and artwork for all their toys, but around 2017 they started winning adult toy awards which brought them into the eyes of the mainstream porn industry as exotically shaped large toys. Since then they've eliminated their characters and refocused their target customer base to the mainstream audience. Their production capacity (and limited silicon supply) is dedicated to supplying the mass demand for mainstream inventory sales, where they make much more money than from custom orders.
There's a dozen other non-mainstream animal toy manufacturers now. There's NO reason to still be chomping at the bit over bad dragon.
