Did you / Do you have zoo friends?

I have a few close zoo friends that I have met online but have never meet up with. I only have a few zoo friends irl though, one of them being my girlfriend
 
I was in a long distance relationship for a couple of months with a girl I was quite fond of and who was very open sexually. I threw it all out there and told her I was into this lifestyle and gave her a very thorough description of my one and only encounter with a pet.

She was super interested and over the next few weeks would send me progress pictures and videos of her and her dog getting to know each other in new and exciting ways. It was amazing and torturous at the same time to have her so far away. I did get to see a video of her first time being penetrated, it was just perfect.

Sadly, the relationship didn’t work out. The long distance thing was too hard and there was no path that we could find that would bring us together.

Back in the pre-internet days of my youth I told a friend about my activities in the hopes he might also be interested, but he was not.
Many years later I shared that information with another friend who did share some interest and I had the pleasure of introducing him to the experience.

In more recent times (last 20 years or so) I've gotten to know a number of others zoos IRL and count some of them among my closest and best friends. Most of time it's just social and there's no sex involved, but with a couple of people there's been some partner sharing. I've also lived with other zoos and zoo curious people with some sharing involved there, too.

I don’t have any zoo friends. Honestly I don’t really have many friends in general because of my job. I talk to a few people on here but so far just talking off and on so i wouldn’t really consider that friends yet.
 
I have never found anyone irl that I have felt comfortable enough to even get close to asking the questions. I’m just glad I found this area so I can hopefully meet some like minded people on here and if I’m lucky IRL 🤞🏻

I have zoo friends in person now but really wish I had that connection when I was younger. It probably would have helped me a lot to be able to relate to someone and maybe I would have suffered a little less. I'm just glad it happened now. Better late than never. I'm very grateful for that.
