Until enough warm liquid, internal or induced, hits it. Usually a few hours but anything less is possible because you aren't a sow and you don't have prepared anchorage points for it.

Two big take aways: if you want it gone, just douche and wear a diaper or stay outdoors until it drops one way or the other.
