I miss coffee -- sometimes. Particularly as something to put Baileys or Kahlua in. But its too acidic and I don't like the odor it imparts to one's urine. So for the past several years, its been tea. Instead the Bailey's gets reduced and drizzled over vanilla bean ice cream as a syrup

For tea, I sun brew or steep in a glass-lidded pot on the cab of the truck or a roof (everything in TX gets sun) then drink it iced all summer. I've been working my way thru each variety our chain grocer here offers. Blacks, greens, white, hibiscus cinnamon, roobios, earl grey, chamomile (which both smells and taste surprisingly like human semen), etc.

In fact I'm drinking tea right now. Hmm. Maybe I ought to've put this into the "What are you doing right now?" thread...
