Can anyone advice a first time knot in a petite female?

if you dont already know how big the knot is you should find out first but the biggest thing would be to have help if possible to make sure he doesnt pull out too early. if you havnt had sex with him yet be ready for frustration it takes a bit for them to get the hang of it and not jump on and off

Don't slap yourself and think to hard on it if you can't manage it right away. And don't feel too off-put if it hurts the first time. Focus on getting him on you first and foremost, then you can work on the knot.
 
Perhaps before your first knotting you should check out how you handle stretching so much, either with some inflatable dildo or by fisting with your boyfriend? If you feel comfortable with it, the knot shouldn't be a problem.
