Conundrum: alternate right hand between masturbating and using mouse, or keep right hand on mouse while masturbating less effectively with left hand?...I've never been able to properly address that issue.
 
Right hand on mouse, left hand in panties. Majority of the time you can navigate with the mouse, then bring right hand over to quick type a search for porn if you needed.

If I plan on typing, hands are just in the pants not the panties :p
