kufir is as "safe" as any other site with user generated content.
I don't know about the other sites but i use Luxtv and have never seen CP on there.

I actually ran Wireshark and connected to that website just so I could find the ip address of their servers. The fuckers got it hidden behind an ip address owned by cloudfare that dns resolves it to.
That is a common thing nowadays.

Yes, videos with watermarks from banned sites are fine, as long as they don't break the rules otherwise. It's simply links to banned sites that aren't allowed, as we don't want people going to those sites. Few people see a watermark and think "I gotta go find that site" and manually type it into their browser.
