Like the title said, is there any one out there that enjoys eating or cooking?
I do a lot of hunting when the season comes along. So I end up cooking all the time when I’m off work. There are three thing I really enjoy in life. 1 being the whole reason I’m even partaking on this sight.? 2 are days at the range with close friends and family and 3 is cooking from the ground up.
well that’s enough rabbling. What we got here is roasted pheasant over shallots and grapes, with asparagus and squished and fried fingerling potatoes. It isn’t Wolfgang but nonetheless delicious. This was made last night so feel free to share, food brings everybody together.3CA698BC-8863-4853-B6D0-469A4A7A15DF.jpeg

Had me at pheasant!

Absolutely love cooking! Being able to experiment and create something is so enjoyable. What I love more though is sharing and enjoying my cookings with others. (Photos don't give my steaks justice)

Cookings below: Sweet & Sour Chicken, honey and barbecue ribs, Fried steak, steak XP. Wish I had a photo of my speciality chicken farm.

I enjoy breaking down a whole or a primal.
When I was growing up I was the one who had to cut up meat for my mom. I find breaking down a bird to be relaxing-you really get to know your food.
This duck was from Marys farms out of California. Meaty and such tasty fat!

Very so, doesn't cook like chickens though. Bit tougher. IN European styles the breasts are seared to medium(lil pink) . Dark meat are braised. Vietnamese and Chinese have nice recipes for roasting it whole or halved. Be advised if you roast, the substantial fat can drip and cause a fire or smoke your house lol. Do it outside!=). If you can collect the fat..better!. French love frying ottaoes in duck fat!. Yeah frying in duck fat is doope!
