I have the same problem 😅 it hurts like hell if it's too long. The knot is not a problem, it's the length. Over 15 cm and I'm out.

Well silicone lube and what I can recommend is an inflatable buttplug, slowly increasing the size and moving it over your anus. You also should practice regularly. I mean it's a muscle and it can be trained, just don't go too fast, or you'll rip yourself open. Have fun ✌️
 
unless its an inflatable you just need to lube up and relax... if its inflatable get in your desired opening and inflate ubtil it pushes out or your "full "
 
See this a little old thread but thought I would add some thoughts. It seems like it’s the length as you are fairly small in size. Depth can be trained just like width. My current boy quickly got longer then I was use to and able to take. I got a dildo which is what you have and used that to get familiar with having the tip move around my cervix so it wasn’t hitting it head on which does hurt. So I got I use to moving behind my cervix and then taking there and slowly stretch that area behind making a little pocket. Now my boy fit there just perfectly. Take time and be slow about it. Take your time, try and take a little more every time you use your dildo I told you can fit the full knot inside of you, patience and time and good recovery will do the trick
