Animal Semen Absorbtion in Intestines - Can it Happen?

I've read about how we can absorb things into the bloodstream directly through the intestines (such as how an alcohol-laced enema can get you drunk faster than drinking it).
Is it possible for someone who has allowed a dog or horse to ejaculate inside their rectum to absorb something from the semen into their blood?
