I have interest in sexually trying snakes and bulls. Who can help me with experience and what to do and where to try it without getting in trouble with the law?

Do not do anything with snakes. They are not designed for much of any penetration and their lack of emotional expressions makes it very hard to tell what they feel. There was one petlust snake video and it more or less looked like fucking a large garden hose. No interest on the side of the snake.
I do not know what you want to do with a bull, but they are huge, agressive animals easily able to hurt you even by accident.
You can not try it anywhere and I strongly advice against "looking for owners". Get your own animal.
