A debate about a classic movie, appropriate for the season.

So, as many of us know, it's October, and I'm currently watching The Nightmare Before Christmas, but I have a question,

It feels to me like the it was a Christmas movie. Sure, the plot began in Halloween Town, but ultimately ended with Christmas coming out on top. Plus, the movie had one of those "true meaning of Christmas" moments near the end, where the "true meaning of Halloween" values were shed (if Halloween values can even be said to exist). It felt like a conversion from one to the other, not the two working in tandem. Just me, though.

I voted both but I tend to lean a bit more towards Christmas. It's a good movie to watch for each holiday though!
