stray dog

There is one stray dog in my street and i always feed him. He is a bit attached to me. I want to have sex with him but I don't know how. I can't tell if he is healthy and I can't take him to vet. How should i proceed

Hi, I sometimes see people talking about "Strays" on here and having sex with them. Is that something people actually do? If so, how? Do they just do it outside, or take it home?
