This interesting recent study on zoophilia summarize more than 50 years research before making an psychological evaluation on the profile of different zoos and compares it to a control group.

"The goal of this study was to compare a sample of zoophiles to a control group with the hypothsis that there would be more negative psycho-social symptoms observable".

"When compared to a control group, persons having sexual interactions with animals were often educated and socially well adapted, even more adapted on some variables".
