From what I can see, your parents will be like yours or literally the complete oppiste, so I am not going to take my chances for the reasons stated above XD
 
I could never. My parents aren't in the best of mental health and I'm sure "coming out" would push at least one of them over the edge. I've no desire to be disowned and likely the cause of a suicide. I don't really desire for my parents to know what I do in the bedroom, regardless.
 
I recently told my mom. About two years ago.
I had too much to drink and confided in her through text.
I asked if anyone in our family or community ever engaged in this type of behaviour. And she just said she didn’t know. I told her I was always curious of how dogs ‘get stuck’.
so I told her I had played with a dogs cock before.
my mom just said that it hurt her to view me this way.
needless to say our relationship has never been the same.
oh well. Can’t take it back now.

The same reason politicians don't reveal to the public their sex lives. If you have narcissits for parents like I do who would gladly use info about yourself against you, then yeah don't.

Unless you a) Got caught, b) Caught them, or c) Are engaging in incest (as adults of course) and you feel you can be honest, then they are the only reasons I can see why they would know you are into animals.

I'm having a difficult time envisioning my parents being into any of this at all.. they are from a totally different set of circumstances, and a totally different point in time. Mom was a city kid, Dad from a HUGE farm family. (12 Siblings) too many eyes, if ya know what I mean.

Yeah most of us won't be able to envision anything like that. But the world is diverse haha, I wouldn't be surprised if someone developed an interest in this by catching one of their parents at a young age

Because of some of the stuff that has been mentioned here, the LGBT community has a serious taboo against outing somebody else.

As the nation started to gradually warm up to LGBT, we were getting some of our first stories about people coming out to supportive families and finding out that their moms and dads already had many gay friends, but over time, we started realizing that, even though most people in town have no trouble coming out, you don't know another gay man's family. You do not know this person's family or their beliefs. You do not know this person's present situation in life. You don't know if this person might have a disability that they might not have told you about or don't want to tell anybody about. You don't know the details of why coming out is just not an option for them. You don't know this person or their family.

It is an important principle that I think we ought to adopt.

I've never told them, but they probably knew, as they almost got me a few times. Also they probably suspect since I never brought girlfriend to my house and because how close I'm with my dog.

Still, I don't feel the need to tell them, since I've always been pretty closed about sexual related things. They didn't even give me the "sex talk" when I was a teenager.
 
Although I come close to getting caught a couple of time my parents were clueless. It was enough of a hell on earth when they found out I'm Bi with a preference for men> Their religion would never let them wrap their heads around beast or zoo play. Sometimes my mind still doesn't.

With regard to religion, what people need to realize is that humans are not a "special" species, and humans are a kind of animal, just like dogs, pigs, etc.
