Seems our lawmakers have something more important than a pandemic, unemployment, homelessness due to unemployment, environmental reform and recovery, etcetera. The senator who created this basically likened child abuse to Zoo/beast lifestyle. Sited the the veterinarian arrested earlier this year on kp and animal abuse charges.

And the sad part is that it will pass.

What’d you expect? Was gonna happen eventually. And it’s gonna keep happening. More and more laws are showing up as time passes, even if they’re pretty stupid ones.
 
So from now on you are either artificially inseminating your animal with your semen or your animal is doing that to you. So this law does not apply to you.

They usually leave a loophole for the rich and powerful :LOL:, is relieving a sexually frustrated animal part of husbandry, and then maybe you just filmed it for training purposes

If there is a god, why in the name of all things holy does this senator still have a job? He/She ought to be fired and treated as a delinquent from now on. Who is this senator and why has this person not been removed from office for failing to do their job (which this definitely isn't it)? These people are put into office on our dollars and this is NOT the way our money should be spent.

After doing some research the act of physical bestiality is a class 3 felony while owning bestiality porn is a class 5 felony i now hate florida it hasn't passed yet and I can't find the current votes so If anyone has any other info please dm me or reply to this

This is pure insanity getting arrested for possession of porn. The very fact of not being in it or not distributing it is still against the law.

Felony... Wow im guessing murder is looking pretty how theres felony this/that all over.

I did say antis only need more people to win. Florida has been trying to ban it for last few years, but you are forgetting what changes when bestiality is linked to cp. Cp investigators have more funding and have more tools that can find producers with the smallest details if they share this with bestiality investigators production will be million times harder. But I don't actually know if bestiality producers security is good, I'm only making assumption based on how much it is hunted

Sorry just got back on thats what the senator is trying to do you can read it in the article Iink I posted basically she's saying that bestiality porn is the step right behind child abuse and pedophilia so they're banning bestiality down to images its stupid
 
That is just messed up. Yes, people can be both zoos and pedos, but seriously? I myself am a zoo who is VERY much not a pedo, so there goes their "gateway drug" argument. Just makes me glad I'm not in Florida.

I have a tinfoil hat conspiracy theory about the PH purge.

It was really a corporate move to remove all amateur content because professional companies were competing directly and losing, to idiots at home with cameras on this phones.

The study that supposedly confirmed that link was done in a prison holding convicted sex offenders. Because pedos and rapists also watched bestiality porn, Zoo must make people dangerous.

I like to point out that only 60% were "Zoo". 97% were hetero therefor hetero is a much bigger risk.

It is terribly flawed, but even terribly flawed arguments can be persuasive, if nobody knowledgeable explains the error.

Unfortunately it can't be expected of untrained people to see the errors on their own. Something curious about statistics is that most people probably think they understand it, but only very few actually do. It seems easy, especially when data is presented as a nice graph, but it is actually tricky. The great discrepancy between the belief to understand it and understanding it is why statistics are so handy to give people confidence in whatever one wants them to believe. It's not always with malicious intention though: people don't just get tricked by others, they also trick themselves with statistics.
