Need this! Lol my bf got us a knotted ring/sheathe to play with, but I feel like the only way to really practice for/simulate the real thing is with an inflatable and I was a bit flabbergasted to find one doesn't currently seem to exist. I feel like it might be challenging, but far from impossible to design one since both wearable sheathes and inflatable knot dildos exist. Hybridizing the designs is totally doable and I figure damn near everyone on this site would gladly throw their money at whoever comes up with a safe, comfortable, working model as soon as it's in production lol

The one my bf got for us to play with doesn't vibrate (though I'm sure that would be fun). Ours looks to be a bit bigger/longer with the knot a little further down the shaft. With the vibrating insert location in relation to the knot on this one, it looks like the knot isn't interned to be fully inserted, but that could just be the angle of the pic? Hard to tell.
