Laws in Mexico

I'm curious if anyone has an solid answer if bestiality is legal (or at least not illegal) in Mexico? I notice that more of the male dogs down there are unaltered. At the same time, I would only want to be involved in that activity if both the dog and the owner were completely on board. I don't know that strays are a good idea, if for no other reason than not knowing their vaccination status.

I can't write personal messages yet because I'm too new. I don't know if others can write to me, but I can come back here and read this.

I don't have the answer you want. The thing about Latin America as a whole , whether it be central, South, or the Caribbean is there's less how you say oversight in most areas. Once you get out of the major cities there's only local authorities to answer to. Those local authorities are focused on real crimes like theft, smuggling, violence. They typically don't have resources to deal with everything in these communities so they rely heavily on tips from locals.

So as long as you are in good standing with the locals you are free to operate just about anything you want. No it's not "legal" legal. But there is no authority to effectively stop you either.

That's not a bad answer, but is it actually illegal by statute? In the US I think WV and DC it is still legal simply because they haven't yet gotten around to outlawing it yet (though I could be wrong about that too).

Look at prostitution, gambling, bootlegging, it's all technically illegal and yet everywhere all the time. They kinda allow certain things that they know people do. Shakedowns and kickbacks are customary in the judicial system in many places down there as well.

In certain states in Mexico it's banned. Others it's not explicitly mentioned. They have no federal laws against it.

But like people will point out later, socially, it's very much frowned upon. A lot of these places are highly religious structured. So it can run the Gambit. You might face retribution from the local population more than any traditional government authorities. Or they might just whisper behind your back and ignore you.

I appreciate the answer even if I'm not thrilled about it.

If you're anywhere near DC, I'm looking for cool people to at least meet over coffee.

From what I can gather from a few quick searches on zoophilia.wiki, wikipedia, and duckduckgo, there does not seem to any national level laws against it, but individual states have laws against it. It's hard to find details on exactly what state laws are on the book though, and most sources are from around 2012.

Thanks.

And, I'm also looking to make new friends, as your profile says you are.

Its not "legal" in DC or W. Va. Its covered by animal cruelty statutes. Read some of the fact- based area here.

Its not legal in Mexico either. Each of the Estados has its own laws, and all of those revolve around animal cruelty prevention. It may not be illegal in Hungary. Google can tell you more.

In spite of all thd rage and screaming about the "Southern Border", Mexico is not backwards and blind. Mexicans are not stupid uneducated peasants, in spite of the Stoop-work crack from our fearless leader.

One thing to understand here. If you go from your home Nation to another Nation to commit a crime, you cannot expect much assistance on the back slope. If youre a US citizen in Tijuana, for instance, and you get picked up for a Violation, it could be a long while before you see daylight.

Especially right now. Mexican prison regulations don't even say they have to feed you. No TP, and probably no personal space you can't protect.

In other words, you might bribe your way in, and then find you can't pay them enough to let you out.

I am from South America. And @Sumpup 's words are correct. Zoo is included in crimes of animal abuse. But there are many areas without supervision, where you can live this form of love freely. So it will be your inability to keep secrets that will expose you to the local community, and they will report you to the authorities.

So, the best idea is to organize your own place to love your animals in secret ;)

First, you've given me solid advice. Thank you.

Second, I don't consider Mexico to be a third world country. Whether it is second world on its way to first world, or if it is already there is up for debate.

Again, thank you for the help.
