Does anyone ever feel isolated?

Gay zoo 30m in GA. Let me just say I have/ had multiple opportunities to meet others like me nearby. But it's just always been difficult and I feel awful about it. But aside from fetishes etc, either there's a peak isolation I feel just because of my interests. I'm an extrovert have a handful of friends but I just still do not have that one person to connect with, like still empty. Does anyone ever feel like this ???

While some are lucky to have IRL friends that are also zoo, or even be in a relationship where both are zoo, it is the unfortunately life of "isolation" for many.

Don't let it get you down! Work on meeting folks here on the forum in terms of building a rapport which may lead to something more. Of course always be super careful. Many here are just here to get their rocks off or fetish fantasy's filled. On the other hand, there are plenty who are just like you but too shy or afraid to take things to the next level. Don't forget there are also folks here impersonating and looking to catfish/expose us, so watch for that too!
 
You're experience is absolutely something that many share, including myself. But reaching out to people on forums like this is a good start for making friends that understand the "real" you, and that you can connect with on that level.

But as Erphy says, there are all kinds here, so keep that in mind. But don't rush into things, and I'm sure you'll find genuinely interesting people to talk to.
 
75% of the time I enjoy the isolation frankly. I'm a very low key private person anyway. Never liked attention. There's plenty of people on this site I'd feel comfortable taking to dinner or going hiking with.

Ya that's the other hidden danger, I'm always afraid of being outed, exposed. That's super awkward to come out of and can just wreck a life lol. But ya forums are where I find comfort so your right 🙂

Its important to not let sex lead life. There are many who find the fun untill luck runs out I enjoy being a loaner because I still feel safe and other can be overwhelming.

So it's not so much leading my life as it is just a daily reminder that we're weird and sometimes harder to relate to or just in general feeling out of place or even fucked up lol

I feel that so much it's hard to not internalize it, I'm hoping that the community here will help manage that feeling tho
 
I'm quite the opposite really... I'm basically a shut-in with very few close friends. I love animals... and I love my friends. I just don't think it's possible for me to accept the reality of me being a zoophile because I'm afraid of losing people close to me. Sure, hopefully I do make friends on this forum.. but meeting up and forming extremely close bonds to the point that it feels like I met them normally would still make me feel isolated. I'm still having a hard time re-wiring my brain to stop forcing me what it thinks is morally right and wrong.
