Can dogs have sexual dreams?

Recently my girl has come into heat and noticed her doing something I've never seen or heard of before. She was laying in her bed sleeping and doing the dream twitches....and she started flagging her tail and twitching her cookie in her sleep. Anyone else ever encountered this?

I haven’t, but I know that dog can bark, move and ’run’ in dreams, so can’t see why she should not have sexual dreams too.

At least my dogs sometime wake up with a kind of morning boner.
Dogs are social creatures and live (with us) in social structures so I think they also can have all kinds of dreams.

Yepp I've noticed something similar to wet dreams and morning boners too.
One time he had a nap on the living room floor because He likes the cold tiles on hot summer days.
He had one of this dreams and I had to clean up his little mess.
