Gonna start by replacing a picture from the other night which I inadvertently duplicated. This one is a handsome fellow known as J. Fred Muggs. Fred was a Co-host on the original Today show along with Dave Garroway, who was a bit of a hump himself. Muggs joined the show in about 1955....and was a Very Active sort of TV host. It's said that he bit a guest....Martha Raye....and on a game show, as a guest, with his "babysitter", Freddie disrupted the show running around in front of and behind the set...Host Gene Raeburn gave the Babysitter the full prize just to get the show finished.J Fred Muggs1954.jpg

And here is another....Garroway is in the Middle....the young lady chimp is Phoebe Bee Beebe, J Fred's live-in Queen of the Jungle.
Last updated in 2018, Phoebe who was a real cutie, was living with Fred in Florida. Fred was last known to be living as of 2023....Chimps can live 70 years, but good ol' Fred was about 73 as of then.

It's good if you're a fan of the Strip, though I felt then, as now, that Crumb was not happy with any of it. He shortly killed Fritz dead in a strip, so he wouldnt be asked to do it again.
 
At least someone got that....we have some knuckleheads onsite that would think I was about to wrestle a street girl or three...

Sorry i woke up a lil grouchy today, otherwise i wouldn't even say anything, but does everything really have to appear in bright red letters for people to follow?

With that being said, welcome to Thong Thursday.
I decided that its best, instead making my whole set follow the themed day to just add a bonus picture for it.
That way there's a little more variety in each days set but also i wont have to spend time looking for certain stuff, cause that just caused me anxiety.
So i will do how i always did and post what I like and add a themed pic .
Which means most likely i'll post 7 pics instead 6. ☺️
