A woman I'm dating right now feels the same way (not a zoo).
If he has quite a large penis, and you're more tender or at all less stretchy during your period, it might hurt a little bit more. Many women have an increased size limit close to ovulation, particularly for longer penis length.

I can't tell you. I can't tell you. But I don't think it's more dangerous than in other periods... but maybe it is!

For the dogs it is no problem. I think they will even like it more as it is a stimulator for them.
 
I had that back then...it wasn't a problem (except for more mess) and the dog not only didn't care, I even had the feeling that he was even hornier and wanted to "breed" me especially well..;)
