Oh absolutely. When i got those messages, i would always direct them to have the woman contact me. There was always some excuse why she couldn't. Thats where I ended all of them. They do it on the guise to "protect" the woman. No shitstain, if the woman doesn't feel comfortable enough to be with the guy and dog alone then you sure as fuck are not going to tag along to make it better. (The ONLY reason he wants to tag along is to fuck the woman) No trust, no meet. Couples are a different story, i will still talk to both individually and then both at same time. They both have to be on the same page.

Brand new account, claims to be an owner of an experienced boy but then in messages claims he has an inexperienced rescue and is looking for someone to help train him.

He says he has a FAB account and to message on there but it was created at the same time as his profile on here and he seems very keen to share, without his story quite matching up.

Could be nothing, could be a massive red flag.

He's posted multiple times stating he's an owner. That IMPLIES the dog is his dog, if it's not his dog, then he has some explaining to do. Catfishing is lying, regardless of what he's lying about, if he is.

He's Fake, he sent me a PM like 10 days ago telling me he's 52yo male who own a male german sheperd then sent me another PM today telling me he's a 20yo girl in relationship with a 52yo man who has no dog .

Hmmm.... Well, since no actual rule is being broken... Yet.... I will allow a slight benefit of doubt by saying it could be a shared account. I'll have to keep an eye on this one.

A shared account where his German Shepard disappear in 2 weeks ? He's just a liar, but oh well if it's ok here...
I really doubt that letting those kind of impersonator continue their thing will make this place safer... That's my opinion.

Two accounts I can confidently say are fake are K9Taboo and esmee._x . I simply don't respond to them.

I believe our Mods are doing a great job here and for sure sorting out the real fakes and scammers without any mercy. I trust in their experience and judgments.. It is good to report when you feel something is fishy, but let the Mods decide and accept it.

I let them do their job, just giving my opinion as a woman 🤷🏻‍♀️. My PM are full of these fake, who know how far they'd go if they find someone a little bit naïve ?
