Yes it is...most of these were five-speed hubs, and they were enough to make most of us jealous. You could buy retro-fit seats, and sissy bars, along with the Ape-hanger handlebars, but they werent the same thing....

I know a guy who has an original Raleigh Chopper, which is very similar. The gear shifter looks bloody dangerous!
