Horses here are insanely expensive and since they are less and less needed ppl dont use them for agriculture aa much and horse ownership as a hobby hasnt caught on most breeders either moved or stopped so its increesingly hard to find horses of any kind

Yeah, where I live, they're generally seen as more of a luxury purchase than anything else even on a working farm.

Here you can still find areas , poorer areas where horses are still used but still its an expensive purchase and if i am correct working ani als are not intact so not ideal for us , have a friend who has horses and it took him a lot of search and not inconsiderable money but he is a life long zoo so he and his bf made it a prio , even the farm was a long time project u can get close to the cities but expensive or some runed down place in a more isolated place , isolated is np if u can work from home office but in any other situation ... well these vilages are dieing out for a reason
