Picture/Clip Post Magazine (New Joiners Read 1st post)

A train to the beach and back would be very nice. After relaxing on the beach, all the driving home with all the other home bound beach traffic would be a pain.
The D, F, N, and Q trains go down to Stillwell Ave. You can walk to Coney Island and the Beaches fairly quickly from there. Rye Beach is not on The Subway Lines, but the Bus lines go there. Rockaway, the place in Queens the Ramones sang about, is on the 'A' train line, the city bus lines and the ferry.

The pic below is Nathan's on Surf @Stillwell Avenue. The place has been around almost since PTBarnum and Sitting Bull stomped the Boardwalk, since 1916. When I was a really little saddlebum, a Hotdog was a Dime and so was a draft beer. I'm told the Dog is 4.75 these days, but Nathans is still my preferred Hotdog.
New Yawk is still a Summer Festival.Nathans-Hot-Dog-Coney-Island-Boardwalk-Brooklyn.jpg

Oh Im going to have to look her up. Thanks for that.

I dont know if I can post a youtube here, but speaking of music I had someone pass me this 'metal' cover of Christmas hymn and I have played it a thousand times in the last week. Mind you the singer is a powerful expression of all that is beautiful about human males in their prime.
Ive become obsessed. And I don't even like Metal music much.

Dan Vasc - Adeste Fideles -

The his second carol is wonderful - his voice extraordinary.

Angels We Have Heard On High

You are welcome to post music, just not too much! xxx
