Almost certainly not Beachy Head, I live very close and have walked the Seven Sisters many times, and there's nothing that looks like that - at least that I have seen! The lighthouse featured in the pic of the Vulcan by Erja a couple of days ago..Looks like Beachy Head in Sussex.
If it is, there is a lighthouse in all that fog.
