No we generally don't mind. In fact once I found out my wife was into dogs (we were 10 years into our marriage before I found out) I was even more attracted to her. Now I'm with an actuall zoo (we will be getting a dog soon) and shes a mom. So it's a win/win for me.

As a parent I can truly understand your anxiety. I have beautiful family both human and canine, and I really struggle with the two. I have finally started to accept the love I have for both. I hope you can too!

Lockdown really made me appreciate my furry friends more than ever before. We cuddled a lot more and got closer than before, because I was home all the time. I started appreciating them more than I had. The lonelier I got the more open I was to my feelings for them. I used to enjoy our weekly playtime.
