☆ Naruto
☆ Full Metal Alchemist

Hard to pick top 3, but some that come to mind are
Hellsing
Reincarnated as a Slime
Full Metal is a given lol

A few others I really like are Mieruko-Chan, Hunter Hunter, Attack on Titan, and I could ramble for days lol

I've watched some of Reincarnated as a slime and I loved it! I need to catch up on it.

Hunter Hunter was a really good one for me!
