People around the world give me a wave if you're into pink floyd.
They were a MUST SEE band to fully appreciate and experience how good they were.I'm just a bit into Floyd, mostly post Syd Barret and unlike most post Roger Waters wasn't crap in my opinion. '67-71 has very little that appeals to me, '72-75 of course has two timeless classics with Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here, '76-78 meh, '79 The Wall, 'nuff said, '80-84 also mostly meh, '87-94 The Division Bell was one of my favorite albums, so yeah I'm familiar with the band
Saw them live for A Momentary Lapse of Reason and The Division Bell, I'm a bit too young for their earlier concerts though I remember The Wall and The Final Cut from my youth. They were a MUST SEE band to fully appreciate and experience how good they were.
I was knotted multiple times to Comfortably Numb
900+ weeks total, and didn't drop off at all for 15 straight years after releaseLOL......DSOM is probably STILL on the Billboard charts.
Wish you were here/ Animals tour 1977 was my 1st time then never missed another tour after that including all Roger Waters solo tours.Saw them live for A Momentary Lapse of Reason and The Division Bell, I'm a bit too young for their earlier concerts though I remember The Wall and The Final Cut from my youth.
Yeah, I know, came out before I was 3 and was still on the charts when I graduated HS.......then it would blip out for a week or two and pop up again for another run, etc.....900+ weeks total, and didn't drop off at all for 15 straight years after release

My favourite band, first seen them 1977 WYWH/Animals tour Stafford Bingley hall, England, never missed a floyd tour since, including waters solo tours, seen the wall 4 times,..3 with waters/floyd, 1 with waters solo .One of my favorite bands. Watched "The Wall" as a teen and immediately went to the library to get all the available albums.
