The knot does not go in enlarged, it enlarges inside, a knotted toy will not be the same as a real, an inflatible buttplug is more like the real than a knotted toy.

Problem with most knot toys are that the knot is static. Non changing. Unless you get an inflatable knot toy.

If your fucking around and attempting to put a full blown real knot inside you, you're doing it wrong. Knot should BE inside before it grows to big to come OUT. Going in full sized is GOING to hurt.
