a penis has some flexibility even fully erect, there's lots of vids where you can clearly see the penis of a horse bend when it presumably bottoms the receiver. they don't become iron pipes, you know...

it's also safe to assume that the average thrust force applied by a horse is far greater for a human to just take, which probably helps things not get as dangerously deep as well. so unless you glue your feet to the floor, the horse will likely move you rather than move his thing deeper into you.
