Who else is excited for gaming 2025.

Cant wait for games like GTA VI, Subnautica 2 and Ghost of Yotei. What are some games you guys are looking forwards to?
 
GTA VI is about the only game I'm excited about. According to Rockstar it's supposedly still on track for "Autumn of 2025" as I guess there was a bunch of rumors that it might get pushed back to Spring 2026. Let's just hope that with Dan Houser and Lazlow Jones leaving Rockstar, it doesn't wind up as a pile of garbage. As those two were very involved with the prior releases.

I'm curious as to why this in in the dumpster fire section though?

Yes i hope not. Ive been craving a fill of gta for a realllly long time
 
Gat vi is going to be awesome and I watched a YouTube video about a few great looking RPGs "scrolls likes" in the works but no es6 anywhere on the horizon is a bit of a worry

Ah i hope your game comes out soonish. Hopefully not too long 🤞
 
O yeah I always forget about that one, I was so excited for it but when I played the early version it was not great and I didn't get very far with it, I have heard it's got better but haven't checked out the updated version

Oh its so much better now. Theres still bugs sure but its not annoying and the story and combat gameplay is just chefs kiss
 
Monster Hunter Wilds looks promising, I played MHW a little and gameplay was really good.

Also inZOI looks awesome. I love Sims4 and new game may be a great sim evolution.
 
Honestly I’m always skeptical of new games coming out. Last few major AAA titles have kinda been ass /: Witcher looks good, the new Gears of War peaks my interest and Elden Ring DLC too~ GTA VI is one everyone’s waiting for
 
Looking forward to Silksong, Subnautica 2, Druid in Path of Exile 2, Doom: Dark Ages, and maybe new Radeon card(s?) to finish my new build.

Other than that, I'll probably stick with my current backlog:
- Nine Sols
- Subnautica Below Zero
- Baldur's Gate 3
- Factorio
- Satisfactory
- No Man's Sky
- Lies of P
- Elden Ring
- FInal Fantasy VII: Remake

And then do more backlog. I have plenty.
 
Geez... I've still got a backlog of games in my Steam queue from the past few years I've still got to get to yet, big ones being:

* BG3
* Witcher 3
* Cyberpunk 2077
* Vintage Story

Anything that drops in 2025 is just going to drag me out even further ><

But, while it won't be a 2025 release, very keen to see what Larian will pull out next
