As a rule the larger the doggy the larger her bits will be, as to which feels the best that is completely individual as no two will ever be alike.

From my limited experience there is a lot of variance even within breeds. We had mastiffs in the house when I was growing up and the two bitches while being outwardly quite large looking were very different from one another. One I was able to fuck very, very easily. The other took some time and gentle stretching out before we got there. Generally the bigger the dog the bigger the pussy but whether you'll fit easily or not would remain an open question.
 
I get embarrassed talking about it because I don't want to seem like I'm Bragging. But I am well endowed. So I want to find a partner that I won't hurt because of my size.
