Watching amazing work of gumball and it raised a good question that ties in with a thing I read on a zoo research thingy... What was your family situation like??

No option for me ?

Mom was available and partly present, but I lived with my great grandparents. We are, however, quite close to this day. Of course the grandparents passed.

As far as my father is concerned I only heard from him when he told me he was dying, and I replied "good"

Only thing to say is if you are female, get those thingys checked. If you are male, get your giblets checked.

She chose the naturopathic method, and that didn’t go so well for her. Religion won’t heal cancer, nor will pseudo science.

I know what you mean, I was bounced around around my family...
 
Parents divorced when I was 5. Initially lived with my mom, but she lost custody after the courts realized she couldn't support 3 children plus she refused to comply with visitation rights. Less than a year after dad got custody she kidnapped us.

Stepmom was a bitch and has been out of the picture since '0something.

Mom died over a decade ago.
 
Dad left when I was pretty young, mum raised me very much on her own. I've always had a sneaky suspicion she blames me. Obviously she'd never admit it and I've gone to therapy to figure some of that stuff out. Tried to reconnect with dad a few years ago but he has a new family and seems pretty happy.

Mom and dad are great, healthy and okay, in Moscow, they have been always nice to me. In relation of the events that are happening, they are considering moving to Latvia, if things continue to fuck up in Russia.

They seem to be taking their time... a number of Russians have already to other places - my regular cafè owner said there were a number in Thailand looking to move there. He went over there for a holiday earlier in the year
