I played Sims4 on PS4 few years ago. Awesome game, especially with Dogs&Cats dlc. But no mods on consoles unfortunately.

Oh yeah I see, I played it on my computer so I have a ton of mods including WickedWhims but I don't know if there's zoo mods for WW actually.
The sims 3 is your answer it has many zoo mods i loved them i created myself and watch as my sim gets pregnant and births werwolfs :3

I am sure if you have sims 4 and dlc you can find good zoo mods

Devious desires i think has a zoo feature but it gets in the way of wicked whims

Devious Desires is a mod with zoo content.
The wickedwhims dev has special code to block Devious Desires alongside some other popular mods such as MCCC. Some mods were even found to have code that slowly corrupts your game if you play with a mod the dev dislikes. Check Loverslab for zoo mods.

I've really enjoyed the Sims since the first game. 1 will always have a special place in my heart, and I'd love to play it again, but it's too much of a pain to get it running again. 2 is also great. 3 and 4 have their fun aspects... I still play 4 now and then, but I have a hard time keeping interest in em. There's just something that has been lost in the franchise for me. It feels a bit too sterile. Home design is still a blast, though!
On the topic of zoo mods, yes -- wicked whims has neat options. It breaks easily though, and can be a bit of a pain as a result. I haven't bothered to set it back up
