So this is my first post, so hey everyone! My older collie gave me a little nibbling recently while licking. Just want share that OUCH! with everyone. I’ve only recently started to let him lick for longer periods of time, and I just have to ask if that’s norm.

I've had it happen with other k9's. & my girl like's to do it.
Have experianced it with peirceing's getting nibbled asweel that just
out of this world

Yes, it's normal, it's due to inexperience, but when he does it, tell him no, but don't scold him calmly, teach him little by little.
