I am a whiskey gal. I like Jameson whiskey too. Went to Ireland a few years ago. Took a whiskey cocktail making class at Jameson distillery. Loved it. Now my go to is whiskey sours.

I was in Ireland too for a year and visited Jameson Bow Street. Also visited a Whiskey Tasting just a few weeks ago. With a tour of the local distillery back home. Jameson is not my favourite but it's really a solid Whiskey imo.
