Should a dog be wearing a condom?

Dogs can wear condoms, but they can be allergic to latex and most condoms have some sort of an oil inside which might not be safe for animals.
 
As Pes pointed out canines can have many of the same allergies we can, so would never hurt to try some latex contact first somewhere a little less Sensitive than the boy's red rocket, or go latex free.
Depending on what you're actually offering him to do with you, a condom might not be practical to that end. Condoms can be a nice comfy well lubricated way for him to hump into your hand, that also has the added benefit of all his doggy juices are kept away from the carpet. Condoms aren't going to work out well though if you're wishing for him to penetrate you, like say in the ass or vagina. If you want to drink the cum after, then do not use a condom. They are usually scented and add an unpleasant taste. Use a plastic bag with your own water based lube.

Should be, as others have said dogs can have similar allergies to humans but ultimately it's up to you (and the dog) to put a condom in his dick 😊

If you want him to enter you, he shouldn’t be totally erected, because then he is already climaxing and he don’t want to mount you anyways.
Putting the condom on before will probably slip of.

If you are so unsure about doing it… better take your time and rethink if it’s the right thing for you.
