Regular/Traditional spay (ovariohysterectomy), no.

Ovary sparing spay, maybe. (It depends how far along the vaginal tract they cut.)

Regular/Traditional spay (ovariohysterectomy), most of the time that is a big no. Even if the dog isn't spayed as a puppy, usually they still become too tight to have sex with. Even if you have a VERY large dog, if they've cut the vaginal tract short, you run the risk of injuring her. Not only that, but she'll more than likely lose most of, if not all of, her sex drive.
