Rainbow bridge section

I’m sorry if I’m being stupid but I use the search function and didn’t find anything, but I would like to know specifically what the rainbow bridge section is for and if there are any rules for it?
and the general rules of and where various topics/questions might belong in other sections if it’s not self-explanatory?
 
Thanks, I’ve seen the question often about if a certain section is the right place to post a particular question/thread and I’ve read the rules and it didn’t say anything about specific section rule, and although it did seem self-explanatory, I didn’t want to make the same mistake of posting in the wrong section like others have made without asking to avoid looking foolish
