Penis licking and health

Plenty of people have done it without negative effects, but there is probably some risk. Probably don't have a dog lick you if you have an open cut or right after they eat or clean their ass ;). Otherwise probably not any less healthy than a human licking it

Yes it is. Unless yor dog has some dental issues or other health problems or has recently eaten something horrible. It should be very safe. Check the Infections thread.
