You screen shot just shows normal slow load under a poor connection

ive had the same connection for almost a year now, it didnt start acting up like this until about 4 months ago is about when it started.

This is *PROBABLY* related to whatever it was that changed a few months ago to cause pages to be "scrambled" - I keep hoping to get a screenshot of what I mean, but so far, I keep forgetting to actually do the snap when it happens - it isn't predictable - It might go batshit crazy for several pages in quick succession, then just when I decide "OK time to actually load one and get the shot", it'll stop, and I won't see it again for hours or days, lather, rinse, repeat...

Maybe related, but I'm not sure. I am able to attach files to threads, but not in messages. Am I missing something?
