Overly-friendly pups in public

I'm not sure what it is, but it seems like every time I meet a dog on the street, in public, at a friend's house etc. they are super interested in sniffing me up, licking, and basically flirting/kissing (I've had some even hump me if I don't kinda gently redirect).

Do animals get zoodar? I notice it happens to my zoo partner too

No, you're just describing animals. They do that stuff to non-zoo's too. Most animals, when they meet you, are giving the animal version of a polite greeting. They just don't have hands and can't speak, so they give you what they got - a sniff, a lick, and a desire to get up in your face and know you better. Don't get it twisted. Sometimes a hello is just a hello.
