I feel the need to share this here, i found this recently and after trying it it has become one of my favorites.
It's not like with the shape or form as you would expect, but the material it is made of and the fact that you can grow it to over 11" in circumference and at least in my case it's comfortable even at that size, and the feeling that you are actually trapped, like, doesn't matter what you do you will not get that out without deflating it, which in my case is the closest scenario i will ever be to be actually knotted.
i have tried several other products like the inflatable knot from i think it's called vixen and also an inflatable enema plug which i enjoy quite often (like to thing i'm actually being filled by a lover there).
This as for this moment is great specially for the fact that it just gives you the feeling of being full but not like fully uncomfortable, i like to think that the real thing would be similar (specially for the fact that after the knot it is very small part connecting it)
