I stayed at a house with a female relative where the owners had a large intact dog. The owners had been on vacation for a week or so. When we came in he jumped on her and she said "oh my god, he just peed on me."

I don't think so. The amount was consistent with precum. I've never seen a mature male dog pee like that. I didn't tell her. She would not have been happy.

And no, I didn't help him out.
