what do you do? Likely, nothing at all, unfortunately.

Likely nothing at all. My current pup was neutered at a young age. He still does get hard from time to time but there's no "squirting" and it doesn't happen often. I've been able to share enjoyable oral action on a few occasions but nothing close to the fun you get from an intact dog.

What do you do? You love him, cuddle him, throw a ball with him, be his companion as he longs to be yours and wants badly to return your love. IF you have any for him.
