I want to find it again but I saw two very expensive toys online one k9 one horse. They were inflatable but like way more so. The k9 base cost was like 400$ and had 3 inflatable bladders, one for the shaft and two for either side of the knot. The way it was advertised once the shaft bladder was full and in, the body pinching off the base opening up the other two air bladders for filling the knots. Said it was the most realistic dildo you could buy. The horse one had a flair that worked similarly. Shaft filled first and once it was full, then the flair filled.
Both came in a small medium and large and had all sorts of add ons fir a price.
I remember the site had all kinds of neich toys but ive sadly never found it again.
